After a few false starts our house in Ards has finally been sold. Flo and I owned 28VC for almost 33 years although we have lived in Spain for the past 5 years.

I think we bought it in Dec before getting married in Feb, and moving in after our honeymoon.

Ben, Carrie and Lotti also shared the house with us over the years. Lotti moved out to Spain with us were the climate was kinder.

Over the years we attempted some barbecues usually around my birthday nearly all ended up in the garage as the rain made an appearance.

Over the years the gardens back and front went through several changes, the front having the grass removed and easy maintenance slab’s and finally gravel going down, highlights were growing strawberries, roses and Flo’s Crabb apple tree in the back garden.
